What data do we collect?

  • Occupation
  • Driving licence
  • Driving record history
  • DVLA-notifiable health conditions and/or illnesses

How do we collect the data?

This data may be collected through forms on our website or on forms (e.g the Membership Form) provided to you either directly from TrydaNi or the community organisations we work with.

How will we use your data?

We use this data to ensure members legally satisfy our insurance company’s criteria, to allow anyone from TrydaNi or the community organisations we work with to be able to contact you in relation to our service(s) and product(s), to manage and operate your Member Account, and/or to become a Shareholder of TrydaNi – Charge Place Wales Ltd. Your data will not be used for any other reason.

How do we store your data?

Your data is stored securely in a paid Cloud-based service, and access is restricted only to members of staff who need the data to competently carry out tasks related to managing our service(s) and product(s), and your Member Account.

We will destroy your personal information stored on our database when it is no longer required, keeping it no longer than 6 months after you terminate your membership. Additionally, we are required by our insurers to keep documents relating to your driving history including copies of driving licences for 4 years.
